Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Python Developer with hands-on experience in agentic coding frameworks such as Claude Code, Replit Agent, or similar platforms. This role will drive the development of next-generation applications that integrate AI-assisted workflows with robust backend and intuitive front-end solutions.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop applications using Python (Django) for backend and React/Vue.js, Alpine.js, and Bulma CSS for front-end.
  • Implement and maintain RESTful APIs ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Build new and optimize existing applications using Claude, Replit, or similar AI-assisted coding tools.
  • Guide AI-generated code, perform QA, and enforce best practices for reliability and maintainability.
  • Develop cloud-native solutions by leveraging AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and API Gateway.
  • Implement and lead GitHub-based SDLC policies, including CI/CD pipeline, branching strategies, pull requests, and automated testing.
  • Own code reviews, collaboration & code quality across the team deliverables.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers/contractors.
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Django, JavaScript, React/Vue.js, Alpine.js, and Bulma CSS.
  • Expertise in RESTful API design, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
  • Deep experience with AWS architecture and services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway).
  • Familiarity with GitHub SDLC workflows.
  • Multi-agent orchestration and advanced prompt engineering.
  • Experience with Kafka, Celery, and Redis for event-driven architectures.
  • Contributions to open-source AI or agentic development projects.

Education and Experience:
  • 7+ years in software development; 5+ years in recent full-stack Python development.
  • Proven experience with Claude Code, Replit Agent, or similar AI-assisted coding tools.
